1. Confirm the needs
Flow/accuracy、Number of channels、Transmission medium、Work pressure / suction or lift、Working environment、Communication/control method
2. Select the pump head
Flow——Depend on the specification of the hose adaptive to the pump head
Number of channels——Depend on the pump head structure
Number of idler wheels——Determine the size of the pulsation of the medium output. If the output pulsation is required small, you should choose the pump head with many idler wheels.
Material——Determine the type of the transmission medium. If the medium contains organic solvents or corrosive substances, you should choose the pump head made of appropriate materials.
3. Select the hose
Inner diameter——Determine the flow of the transmission media, and it is proportional to the flow rate.
Wall thickness——Determine the output pressure of the medium. The larger the wall thickness is, the larger the output pressure is.
Material——Determine the type of the transmission media and the service life of the hose. If the media contains organic solvents or corrosive substances, you should choose the hose made of appropriate materials.
Caution:After long time of use, the hose may crack due to abrasion, which may lead to the fluid overflow and cause harm to the human body or equipment. Therefore, you should check the condition of the hose frequently and change it in time.
4. Select the drive
Rotation speed——Determine the flow rate of the transmission media and is proportional to the flow.
Accuracy——Depend on the rotation speed control accuracy
Material——Determine the product’s working environment. If the working environment contains corrosive substances, you should choose the drive made of appropriate material.
Level of protection——Determine the product’s working environment. If the working environment requires to be waterproof and dustproof, you should choose the corresponding IP level drive.
